Could someone please tell me about attribute points u get every time you level up? Exactly how many you get in total and can u change them? For example if i put some into expertise but decide later i want them in marksmanship can you take them back off and how?. Sorry, could'nt find any threads on this

I think you get something like 200 total, someone correct me with the exact number.

Yes, you should put them into whatever attribute you want; you can freely change the points around exactly like you want, but only in town. If you open your Hero menu in town, you'll find little arrows next to the attributes - that's where you add/remove points.

Everytime you level up you get more attribute points.
How many you get exactly I don't know, but the higher level you get, the more you get from a level up.
For example:
from level 1 you level to level 2, then you get 5 attribute points
but
from level 19 you level to level 20, then you get 16 attribute points.
This is only an example!

Once you get to level 20, you have 170 attribute points in total.
If you have put 40 in Marksmanship, but you want to take some out then you
visit a Towen or an Outpost (visit Ascalon city for example).
Then you oress [H] on your keyboard and you open your Hero screen.
In this screen you now can click the arrow down to take attribute points from expertise, and you press arrow up for Marksmanship.
This way your Expertise get's lower, and your Marksmanship get's higher.

Once you reach Droknar's Forge (after the Dragon's Lair mission)
you can go to the Xunlai Agents, and in that same area there in a NPC called Vanyi. If you talk to her you get a quest.
Do the quest (visit Heroes Audience, Destiny's Gorge and a third town.. then you've completed it).
In those towns you can change your second profeesion by talking to a NPC in one of those, and the quests are called: Monk's Path, Warrior's Path etc.

You also get a quest in that region called The Forgotten Ones.
You have to Search for a 'snake'. Once you found it that quest is completed and you get a quest from that same guy.
Don't remember the exact name but if you complete it, you get an additional 15 attribute points, so now you have 185 in total.
There are 2 of those quests wich each give you +15 so eventually you reach 200 attribute points, This is the maximum.
(correct me if this whole story is wrong)

I hope I answered your question in this way
Greetz!

(I just see someone has posted a reply while I was typing this story, anyways... Hope your question is answered now! ^_^ )

Cool

Here u go:

lv 2 +5
lv 3 +5
lv 4 +5
lv 5 +5
lv 6 +5
lv 7 +5
lv 8 +5
lv 9 +5
lv 10 +5
lv 11 +10
lv 12 +10
lv 13 +10
lv 14 +10
lv 15 +10
lv 16 +15
lv 17 +15
lv 18 +15
lv 19 +15
lv 20 +15

there are also 2 quests that will give you +15 attribute points each:
Forgotten Wisdom (Crystal Desert)
Hero's Challenge (Southern Shiverpeaks)

yes if you put up 1 attribute like Marksmanship you can bring it down to re-use those points in Expertise. to bring the amount of points down next to the attribute's name is a down arrow with a # inside it; you will get the amount of attribute points that is the # inside the arrow. Before i started to play GW, there were things called refund points and you would need these to lower an attribute, so they have made the game considerably easier!

I hope this helps

You can change your attributes as many times as you like, but only in town.

SUPERIOR IS +3 NOT +4

+4 WOULD BE SUPERIOR( +3) PLUS a HEADPIECE (+1)

Thats the level for the attribute, each level costs more attribute points than the level before it. When you're done you could very well have a ocuple points left over that simply don't fit depending on how you've spread them around.

You can change the attributes UP outside a town, but you have to be inside one to decrease them(and thus freeing up attribute points to increase another)

I think where he was confused is he thought 1 point = 1 lvl.

But a "level" in an attribute can cost upto 20 "points".
